Two types of low noise large escalator bearing developed by LYC successfully launched off assembly line on August 3, with its technical index basically reached the level compared with the international similar products, which has filled up the gap for LYC. This kind of product is mainly to replace the imported ones, which was provided by the well-known foreign enterprise before. In order to enter into the high-end market, LYC established special project team, clearly asked that it will produce qualified products for users in two years. Therefore, with the aid of their own advantage, the R&D team gradually optimise processing method to ensure the smooth process. The large bearing plant, cage company, roller plant and other companies undertaken this task also do their best to overcome a lot of technical difficulties, such as, high precision processing, etc, thus to ensure the processing schedule and quality of products components. Consequently, LYC fully completed the development of this two types of products within a half of year, each technical parameter and noise value for the product has reached the level with the foreigh similar products after inspection, make the end of the situation for the company could not produce such high precision, low noise escalator bearing.
