The bearing steel price in this week dropped in some regions, especiallly for East China. In general, bearing steel price in Hangzhou market dropped 50-100 yuan/ton, dropped about 100 yuan/ton in Shanghai and Wuxi market, meanwhile other regions was slightly dropped. Currently, the mainstream strike price of GCr15 continuous casting non-annealed steel of the second tier plants was between 6,000 yuan/ton and 6,150 yuan/ton, however, the price decreased to 6,354 yuan/ton in the domestic major cities, dropped about 10 yuan/ton compared with last week. Now the key problem for bearing steel market was the insufficient demand, the delivery for some merchants in this week was not very well, meanwhile the market deal was common with fewer inquiries, thus the delivery could not reach 2/3 of the same period. It is learned that some merchants would lower their inventories this week, at the same time, it is estimated that bearing steel market in next week will enter into a weak situation, while the falling space still exist until the demand make obvious improvement.
The domestic iron essence pink markets continue to keep rising this week. The imported ore in this week slightly increased with active inquiry, meanwhile the deal was common. The price for the domestic pig iron market in this week was obviously rose compared with that in the last week, the trend for the steel-making pig iron was better than casting pig iron, and the market deal was also quite well. The overall DRI market was weak, meanwhile the market deal of stock was common with the stable market quotation for the mainstream market. The scrap market in this week slightly rose. The domestc special steel market warmed up with the common market deal, and the price also slightly increased about 30-50 yuan/ton. This week the import coking coal market was still stably operate. The domestic coke market slightly rose, and the price rising in the end of this period was obvious. This week the ordinary alloy fluctuation is differ, special alloy market volatility is also differ. The ordinary alloy market and ferrosilicon market was weak, the manganese alloy market was fierce, and the price for imported manganese ore stock was stable, with the quotation of 44.5-45 for Mn44 Macao. The price for chromium alloy slightly increased, meanwhile the stock resources was still obvious, and most merchants for imported chrome ore stopped to sell due to the fewer market deal.
[East China Region] This week the bearing steel price in East China market slightly dropped and the market deal was not ideal. Up to this weekend, the quotation in Hangzhou market was as follows: Daye Nonferrous GCr15Φ50-70 non-annealed steel was 6,050 yuan/ton ; Echeng Steel GCr15Φ30-75 non-annealed steel was between 5,950 yuan/ton and 6,000 yuan/ton; Shanghai No. 5 Steel Plant GCr15Φ26-70 heat treatment spheroidizing annealed steel was 7,400yuan/ton; Xingcheng Steel GCr15Φ50 non-annealed steel was 6,600 yuan/ton with a few of stock; Nanjing Steel Group GCr15Φ16-40 heat treatment non-annealed steel was between 6,000 yuan/ton and 6,050 yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ30-95 heat treatment annealed steel was 6,150 yuan/ton; Shougang Group GCr15Φ50 hot rolled non annealed steel was out of stock. This week the bearing steel price in Wuxi market basically dropped, meanwhile the deal was common; Up to this weekend, the quotation in Wuxi market was as follows: Xingcheng Steel GCr15Φ30-75 hot rolled non annealed steel was 6,700 yuan/ton, out of stock; Xingyegang Steel GCr15Φ30-50 continuous annealed steel was 6,900yuan/ton; Beiman Steel GCr15Φ40-75 heat treatment annealed steel was 6,900yuan/ton; Wuxi Huarun Steel GCr15Φ50-80 hot rolled non-annealed steel was 6,350 yuan/ton with a few of stock; Nanjing Steel GCr15Φ50 hot rolled non-annealed steel was between 6,100 yuan/ton and 6,150 yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ40-75 hot rolled non-annealed steel was 6,250 yuan/ton.
[Central South China Region] This week the bearing steel price in Luoyang market kept stable; the deal was common. Up to this weekend, the quotation in Luoyang market was as follows: Shijiazhuang Steel GCr15Φ16-50 annealed steel was 6,750 yuan/ton and GCr15Φ24-50 non-annealed steel was 6,350yuan/ton; Xingyegang Steel GCr15Φ50-130 die-casting non-annealed steel was 7,700yuan/ton, out of stock; Changcheng Special Steel GCr15Φ45 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,800yuan/ton, out of stock, die-casting non-annealed steel was between 6,300 yuan/ton and 6,350 yuan/ton; Xining Steel GCr15Φ25-70 continuous casting non-annealed steal was 6,300yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ30-50 die casting annealed steel was 7,900yuan/ton. This week the bearing steel price in Wuhan market was basically steady and the deal was common. Echeng Steel GCr15Φ14-30 non-annealed steel was 6,250yuan/ton; Shougang Group GCr15Φ30-50 heat treatment rolled steel was 6,300yuan/ton, out of stock; Xinyegang Steel GCr15Φ80-110 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,300yuan/ton and die casting annealed steel was 7,900yuan/ton; GCr15Φ42-75 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,300yuan/ton, continuous casting annealed steel was 6,700yuan/ton.
[North China Region] This week the bearing steel price in Shenyang market was basically stable and the deal was common. Up to this weekend, Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ25-60 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,300yuan/ton, GCr15Φ35-50 die casting annealed steel was 7,600yuan/ton, GCr15Φ100 die casting non-annealed steel was 7,100yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ25-40 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,900yuan/ton; Benxi Steel Φ70-130 continuous casting steel was 6,100 yuan/ton. This week the bearing steel price in Harbin market was basically stable and the deal was small. Benxi Steel GCr15Φ50-75 heat treatment annealed steel was 6,800yuan/ton, out of stock; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ50 annealed steel was 6,900 yuan/ton, out of stock; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ40-75 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,300yuan/ton and GCr15Φ100 die casting annealed steel was 7,800yuan/ton.
[Southwest China Region] This week the price of bearing steel in Chengdu market was basically stable and the market resource was not sufficient. Up to this weekend, Changcheng Steel GCr15Φ80-130 continuous casting annealed steel was 7,000 yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ120-170 die casting annealed steel was 7,900 yuan/ton; Xining SteelΦ150-200 die casting annealed steel was 7,700 yuan/ton, out of stock; Xining Steel GCr15Φ30-75 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,800 yuan/ton with a few of stock. This week the bearing steel resource in Chongqing market was not sufficient, but the price was basically stable. Donghua Special Steel GCr15Φ20-30 heat treatment annealed steel was out of stock; Xining SteelΦ80-120 rolled annealing steel was 6,700yuan/ton, out of stock; part of Changcheng Steel GCr15Φ30-65 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,200 yuan/ton, part of GCr15Φ30-65 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,600 yuan/ton; Xining Steel Φ80-150 forged annealing steel was 7,600 yuan/ton with a few of stock.
