We are seeking an exclusive arrangfment with an ISO cetified manufacturer only.

0.05% max
1) HARDNESS:
The balls should be suitably heat treated and oil quenched to be highly abrasive resistant and to have uniform body hardness of 600 – 650 BHN across core to surface. The hardness variation from core to surface should not exceed 50 BHN.
2)DIMENSIONS: Dimensions of the balls shall be as specified.
3)TOLERANCES: (+) or (-) 2 mm.
4) FINISH:
The balls shall be spherical in shape and free from any foundry defects such as blow holes, sand inclusions, shrinkage cavities, cracks etc.
5) GUARANTEE:
Ball charge shall be guaranteed for a maximum of 100 gm / tons of coal grinding for all types of Indian coal conditions.
6) SUPPLY:
The balls shall be supplied in HDPG bags or steel drums duly specifying the batch or melt number containing minimum 50 Tons in one consignment. The packing should withstand the weight of steel balls.
7)TEST CERTIFICATE:
The supplier should furnish the certificate obtained from for chemical composition and hardness of high chrome alloy steel balls supplied by them.
Random samples should be sent in advance for testing.
If the test results of the random samples are not satisfactory the material will be rejected if the test results are not satisfactory.
NOTE:
1.The manufacturer should be an ISO certified firm.
2.The manufacturer should possess R & D facility and ball sorting facility.
