The Domestic Market Share of Bearing Steel Wire from Nanjing Steel Group Ranks First

Up to August 22, high thread factory has cumulatively produced 22 standard high quality bearing steel wire 61,000 tons, among which there were 14 high standard bearing steel 7,500 tons. And the domestic market share for bearing steel wire from Nanjiang Steel Group has surpass 30%, ranked first. Bearing steel wire is one of the steel species with the most strict quality requirements, the most difficult production and the most inspection items, which is mainly used to manufacture bearing rollers. At present, bearing steel wire from Nanjing Steel Group has batchly supplied the domestic largest steel ball factory Dong'e Steel Ball Factory, what's more, the domestic top 10 steel ball factories also began to batchly use bearing steel wire products from Nanjing Steel Group, which has greatly improved the market reputation and market share for bearing steel wire in Nanjing Steel Group. Additionally, high thread factory has engaged in developing high standard bearing steel so as to develop higher grade products, now the monthly output of high standard bearing steel wire has exceeded 1,000 tons after one years' processing improvement and customers' using. On the other hand, the output for alloy steel wire from Nanjing Steel Group also ranks first in the domestic. The high thread factory totally produced 11 kinds of alloy steel wire 5,332 tons in this May with the monthly output brokethrough 5,000 tons for the first time, in the meanwhile, half of the products were sold to the domestic top three steel wire manufacturers, the domestic market share was more than 50%. Now Nanjiang Steel Group has become the domestic enterprise with the most alloy steel wire.
