Menon Bearings board recommends dividend-Bearing News

Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2012, inter alia, has recommended the payment of dividend at Rs. 2.75 per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
