On Jun 3rd, Ningbo Yinzhou Jinxin Bearing Hardware Co., Ltd delivered a batch of bearings to Shanghai Bearing Research Institute for F-10 fighter. When Ningbo Yinzhou Jinxin Bearing Hardware Co., Ltd was founded in 2001 by Yang Jinliang, at first, it only produced bearing rings supporting the bearing companies. Mr. Yang Jinliang saw a optimistic precision bearing marketand invested heavily in high-precision miniature bearings. Precision bearing requires high precision, low noise, good sealing. Take the ball bearing as an example, its precision must be within 0.01 micron, equivalent to 1/500 of a thread of hair. In order to produce high precision bearings, it needs highly purified preforms, advanced rolling equipments and innovative workmanship. Last year, the company manufactured the first batch of sing-groove four-angular contact bearings for aircraft. In recent years, the company has been paying attention to development by increasing the expenditure. The development funding achieved RMB 2 million last year, accounting for 6.5% of sales.
