AVIC HRB Helps Chengfa Science & Technology Achieve Good Performance in Semiannual Report 2013

According to the semiannual report released by Sichuan Chengfa Aero Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Chengfa Science & Technology for short) on the evening of August 16th, the company realized main business of RMB 780 million, an increase of 9.82% from the same period last year, and net profit of RMB 21.02 million, an increase of 109.41% comparing to the same period of last year. In the aspect of performance contribution in the semiannual report, the domestic trade of aviation and derivative products from Chengfa Science & Technology achieved revenue of RMB 169.49 million with remarkable growth rate of 52.41%, meanwhile the gross margin ratio increased 9.15%. It is worth mentioning that the sales revenue and operating profit of AVIC Harbin Bearing Co., Ltd. (AVIC HRB for short), an subsidiary of the company, all showed good growth, which greatly boosts the significant rise of the company’s the domestic trade of aviation and derivative products in this period. In the first half year of 2013, the total profit of AVIC HRB has achieved RMB 11.7086 million rather than the loss in the same period of last year, making great efforts to the substantial performance growth of the company.
