Minebea releases announcement regarding Liquidation of Subsidiary

Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea" or the "Company") hereby announces that, at a Board of Directors meeting held today on November 29, 2013, it has resolved to liquidate Shanghai Shun Ding Technologies Ltd. ("Shun Ding"), a 100% owned subsidiary of Minebea, located in China. Shun Ding, as one of Minebea's subsidiaries in China, has manufactured keyboard parts and components. As a result of having withdrawn from its keyboard business, however, the Company has decided to resolve the liquidation of its subsidiary. 1. Outline of Shanghai Shun Ding Technologies Ltd.
