Disston™, the global manufacturer of a wide range of power tool accessory products for DIY, contractor and industrial markets, has just launched a new line of fastener bits and accessories under the Blu-Mol® brand.
The new line of Blu-Mol fasteners will comprise the most popular varieties of fastener bit types in a range of over 104 SKU’s. Blu-mol fastener bits are hardened and tempered for a longer life and make quick work of any fastener project. Blu-Mol driving bits, fastener sets, adaptors and guides handle a wide variety of tough torque applications.
The announcement was made by Jim Kenney, Product Marketing Manager for Disston.
“We are excited about adding this line of fasteners to round out our product offering of extensive power tool accessories,” said Kenney. “As a full-line manufacturer, we wanted to best serve our valuable retail and distribution partners under our Blu-Mol brand name. We looked at the most popular sizes and bit types in this launch to get it right. From the SKU selection, we made sure to offer: slotted, star drive, phillips, square, hex and double ended bit types, as well as a full complement of Adaptors and Extension bits.”
The new fastener packaging will be color coded by tip type and will also include easy-to-see icons calling out the bit type. The packaging is clear and concise, and is uniformly consistent with the Blu-Mol trade dress.
Disston will be unveiling the new line of fastener bits at the upcoming National Hardware Show® in May at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Disston also markets a wide range of products under brand names that include Blu-Mol®, Blu-Mol Xtreme®, RemGrit® and Aggressor®.
