Anhui Lida Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently announced that the company has obtained a utility patent for a bearing detector. The bearing detector consists of a base and a positioning plate. Above the base, two hemispherical holder are integrally connected, a radial adjustment shaft is fixed below and to the left of the holder respectively, and an axial adjusting shaft is fixed at the central portion of the holder; below the positioning plate, there is a bore that has interference fit with the axial adjusting shaft, the center of which overlaps with the center of the positioning plate. The bearing detector can be used to measure the ball accuracy and change amount of movements, or applied as a good replacement for D913 and D022 instrument.
