(NYSE:NPO) announced today that its subsidiary Garlock Sealing Technologies LLC (GST) intends to file an Amended Plan of Reorganization with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina on Thursday, May 29 after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. EnPro will host a conference call on Friday, May 30, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the plan with investors.
