ZKL Group delivered large size bearings for mining industry
In these days ZKL Group has shipped 3 types of large-size bearings to the major customers from the mining industry. The bearings´ designation is PLC 512-39, PLC 412-64 T3 and PLC 612-45 T3. The PLC 512-39 is large-sized, spherical roller and split bearing. Compared to the standard undivided bearings this application enables to realize the bearing´s replacement in short time.
Special bearings PLC 612-45 T3 and PLC 412-64 T3 are determined to save the main cylinder in vertical mills. These bearings work in very difficult conditions, such as high load, high impact and temperature up to 200 °C. These bearings are manufactured with precision P5.
