Avata, Inc., a strategy and implementation consulting firm focused on supply chain management, and Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced that client adoptions of Oracle Value Chain Planning solutions in the Avata Business Cloud have accelerated during the Oracle fiscal year ended May 31, 2014.
More companies are looking to cloud-based supply chain applications to speed time-to-benefit, reduce initial cash outlays and better manage deployment risk. During the past year, Avata has deployed Oracle’s Demantra (Oracle Demantra Demand Management, Oracle Demantra Advanced Forecasting Demand Modeling Oracle Demantra Real-Time Sales & Operations Planning, Oracle Demantra Predictive Trade Planning and Optimization), Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Oracle Production Scheduling (PS), Oracle Service Parts Planning (SPP) and Oracle Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC) for clients in the Avata Business Cloud to support supply chain business process improvements from demand / supply planning and S&OP to trade promotion management, production planning and advanced analytics.

Companies may also re-deploy existing licenses of Value Chain applications into the Avata Business Cloud to achieve efficiencies and cost savings versus on-premise deployment.
