Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology proposed to build precision bearing production line with annual production of 500,000 pieces

On the evening of August 5, Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced share matching specification. Taking the total share capital of 278,604,348 shares on August 8, 2014 (date of record) as the base, the share matching this time was placed to all shareholders in the ratio of placing 2.3 shares for every 10 shares. The total number of shares available for placing was 64,079,000 and the right share price was RMB 4.05 per share. The share matching is expected to raise funds of no more than RMB 260 million with net raising funds of no more than RMB 245 million. The funds raised will be invested for the construction project of precision bearing production line and the supplement of current funds.
