Schaeffler and Rocky look forward to grand finale

Mike Rockenfeller looks back on a changeable DTM season. The perfect season with the champion’s title in the green-yellow Schaeffler Audi RS 5 DTM was followed by a year with highs and lows. He finished two thirds of the races in the points, mounting the podium twice. The 30-year-old Schaeffler brand ambassador has only been deprived of a victory so far. This gives Rocky even greater motivation next weekend on tackling the grand finale at the Hockenheimring where he would like to reward his loyal fans and partners with a strong showing. Together with his Audi Sport Team Phoenix Mike Rockenfeller, in 2014, is competing in the DTM sporting the green-yellow Schaeffler colors for the third time. He is traveling to Hockenheim backed by the tailwind of a strong appearance at Zandvoort where Rocky started from the pole position and set the fastest race lap of all Audi drivers. Unfortunate safety car periods prevented a possible victory.
