HBIS Handan Iron & Steel Company recently announced the output of 380 tons of 20CrMnTiH1 automotive gear steel bar (specifications for 60mm and 80mm), all tested to meet the performance indicators in accordance with related standards. As the most high-end one in CrMnTi series automotive gear steel products, 20CrMnTiH1 has greater developing difficulties for its high requirements on material composition, process design, process control and heat testing. It is learned that automotive gear steel is mainly used in manufacturing automotive transmission shafts, gear-type parts, steering worms, racks, engine timing gears, etc., where high performance and excellent process are always required.
