Schaeffler and Porsche setting sights on next podium in Bahrain

Following third place in the past race at Shanghai, the two Porsche 919 Hybrid cars will again be battling for podium positions in the penultimate round of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season at Bahrain International Circuit. The track on the Persian Gulf is located in the middle of the desert and with a large number of very long straights and tight turns poses a special challenge. Extreme demands are made on the drivers and the cars from the first to the last second in the 6-hour race due to the unsteady rhythm. Schaeffler is represented with its entire product portfolio in the Middle East, and thus in Bahrain as well.
