Mayor of Zhangjiagang City visited Samara Bearing Plant

Zhu Li Fan, Mayor of Zhangjiagang City led a delegation to Europe for commercial investment and exploration visits from October 18 to 25, 2014. During the trip, Mayor Zhu and his party visited Samara Bearing Plant, a Russian company. Zhu had a cordial conversation with Samara's executive, and learned about the history and current status of Samara. Zhu promised that Zhangjiagang municipal government would make every effort to support Samara's development in Zhangjiagang, and hoped that Samara would establish deeper cooperation relationship with more businesses in the city. Since the establishment in 1935, Samara Plant has been specialized in manufacturing of tapered roller bearings and rail bearings ranging from 50mm to 4500mm in diameter, 200 grams to 11,000 kg in weight. The plant not only has a good reputation in Russia, but also sell products to more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia. The annual sales is more than $ 1.5 billion in 2013. In 2005, Samara Plant co-founded Zhangjiagang Sibeirui Bearing Co., Ltd with AAA Bearing Co., Ltd, mainly producing and selling precision bearings and host bearings.
