Xibei Bearing's metro vehicle axle box bearing localization project entering the trial operation stage

Xibei Bearing Company launched a metro vehicle axle box bearing localization project in 2008, and has successfully developed metro vehicle axle box bearings fitting China. In order to ensure that products meet the design requirements, the company conducted a series of life tests for two years with 1.2 million kilometers bench runs, and later commissioned a professional research institute for other relevant tests. In October of this year, as initial test requirements had been met, the company carried out a 1000 km loading run without passengers and a 200 km overloading test, and developed a metro line operating pilot program for this localization project. On November 14, an expert review assessed that the trial operation was in good condition, and met the operational requirements; metro line operating pilot program was scientific, rational and practical. Recently, the bearings have been applied in the 100,000 km metro line operating testing run with passengers.
