ZWZ received government subsidies

Wafangdian Bearing Group Corporation (ZWZ) recently received 145,000 yuan as internationalmarket development funds from Liaoning Provincial Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department (Dalian), and its wholly owned subsidiary - Dalian ZWZ Precision Motor Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd received 50,000 yuan as corporate venturing incentive funds from Dalian Jinzhou District Treasury Payment Center, with the two grants totaling 195,000 yuan. The two government subsidies stated above will affect the company's 2014 annual profit.
