Menon Bearings - Closure of Trading Window

Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from 6th January, 2015 to 22nd January, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
