NTN USA Welcomes Pete Tully, VP Human Resources

MT. PROSPECT, IL – NTN is proud to announce that Pete Tully will join NTN Americas as Vice President of NTN USA, Human Resources, reporting to Tetsuya Sogo, CEO of NTN Americas on January 12, 2015. In this capacity, Mr. Tully will be responsible for the Human Resources functions of all the subsidiaries of NTN Americas. Corporate Human Resources and Employee Health & Safety will report directly to him, and all subsidiary HR Leaders will have a strong dotted line reporting relationship. Mr. Tully will focus on key elements of NTN’s people strategy and performance capabilities to drive profitable growth and deliver on our strategic operating commitments: * Talent Management Strategy * Succession Management Planning * Learning organization development * Compensation and Benefit Programs * Employee Health and Safety Processes Mr. Tully joins NTN directly from Hawthorne Associates, a human resources consulting firm where he was Managing Partner since 2011. Previously, he was Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations from 2001 to 2011 at Motor Coach Industries (North America’s largest inter-city bus manufacturer). From 1991 to 2000, he held plant and division HR Director roles for Cummins Engine Company and Philips Lighting, USA. He has a B.A. in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University, and a Masters Degree in HR & Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University. He lives with his family in the western suburbs of Chicago.
