Menon Bearings approves sub-division of equity shares

Menon Bearings at its meeting held on January 21, 2015, has approved the sub-division of the existing Equity Shares of the Company of Rs 5 each to Equity Shares of Re 1 each and consequent alteration to the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Menon Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2015, inter alia, has approved the sub-division of the existing Equity Shares of the Company of Rs. 5/- each to Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each and consequent alteration to the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
