Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts:Zhongding Sealing Parts Expands to Non-auto Fields

Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts said in order to research and develop advanced sealing parts in a bid to raise profitability and market share in non-auto fields, it signed an agreement with two natural persons of Ningbo Tiansheng Sealing Parts in Beijing on establishing a JV. Registered capital of the newborn is CNY 30 million and in the JV, it controls a 50% stake with injection of CNY 27 million. The JV aims to build it self into a sealing parts base via providing advanced solutions to clients engaging in ships, machineries, crude oil, chemical, nuclear power, military and so on.
