Yesterday, batches of precision bearings were undergoing the final assembly in the workshop of Luoyang SBI Special Bearing Co., Ltd. located in Luoyang Industrial Agglomeration Area. These bearings will be used as rotating parts of industrial robots, medical equipment and the like. The company started producing bearings for robots application since 2009, mainly section bearings such as thin-walled bearings. In November 2014, Henan Robotics Industry Alliance was established, and Luoyang SBI Special Bearing was elected as vice chairman of the unit. Currently, the company has built a robot bearing production line with annual output of 30,000 sets of bearings, which have been provided to well-known robot manufacturer both home and abroad.
