Vestas Secures First V112-3.3 MW Order for 30 MW UK Project

The firm and unconditional order has been placed by BayWa r.e., a leading German energy player, and will be the first project to utilise the V112-3.3 MW turbine in the UK. The contract includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of the turbines, which is expected to occur during the third and fourth quarter of 2015. The project also includes a 15-year Active Output Management (AOM) 5000 service contract.
