SKF India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 10, 2015 to April 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the payment of Final Dividend and the 54th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on April 23, 2015.
