A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bimetal Bearings Ltd will be held on May 30, 2015, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015, and to consider declaration of dividend (if any) for the year ended March 31, 2015.
