Sundram Fasteners Ltd acquires Equity Shares in TVS Infotech Limited

Sundram Fasteners Ltd has acquired 49.16% of equity share capital of TVS Infotech Limited from Sundaram Fasteners Investments Limited (SFIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. TVS Infotech Limited (an unlisted company) is engaged in information technology business providing Enterprise Solutions for core industries like Manufacturing, Automotive and Distribution. With this acquisition, the company holds 49.16% stake in TVS Infotech Ltd. SFIL, a wholly owned subsidiary holds 13.10% of equity share capital of TVS Infotech Limited. Shares of SUNDRAM FASTENERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.155.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 158.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5701 in over 163 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 159 and intraday low of 155.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 896627.
