Federal-Mogul Powertrain Appoints Colleen Hanley Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations

Southfield, Mich., June 18, 2015.Federal-Mogul Powertrain, a division of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: FDML), today announced the appointment of Colleen Hanley to vice president of Communications and Investor Relations. In this role, Hanley will oversee the division's global internal and external communications and will co-lead Federal-Mogul Holdings investor relations activities with a counterpart in the Motorparts division.
"Colleen's extensive experience and leadership in global communications will serve as a great asset to our growing organization," said Rainer Jueckstock, Federal-Mogul Co-CEO and CEO, Federal-Mogul Powertrain. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul Powertrain, Hanley was director of Communications at TRW Automotive. Before that, she was vice president of Marketing, Communications and Government Affairs at CareTech Solutions, a leading information technology provider for health systems. Previously, Hanley held several communication leadership roles for Meritor and later became vice president of Business and Product Strategy for the Light Vehicle Systems sector of the automotive supplier.
Recognized for her achievements in the communications field, Hanley was named Communicator of the Year by the Detroit chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators in 2013.
Hanley earned a bachelor's degree in communications and master's degrees in advertising and public relations from Michigan State University.
