The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of Timken India Ltd will remain closed from August 05, 2015 to August 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 12, 2015. Shares of TIMKEN INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.581.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 575.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9479 in over 614 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 590.95 and intraday low of 579. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5532820.
