NN, Inc. Names Matthew Heiter Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Johnson City, Tenn, July 7, 2015 – NN, Inc., (NASDAQ: NNBR) a diversified industrial company, today announced that Matthew Heiter has joined the Company as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Heiter will begin immediately in this newly created position and will report to Richard Holder, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Heiter will be responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives, as well as providing legal guidance to the senior management team.
Richard Holder commented, “We are excited to welcome Matt to our team. His leadership and broad experience, including mergers and acquisitions, will be a valuable addition to NN as we continue to execute our strategic plan.”
Prior to joining NN, Matt was a shareholder in the law firm Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, where he served as NN’s outside General Counsel since 2006. Matt is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and has earned numerous honors while in private practice, including Best Lawyers in America and being ranked in Chambers USA.
