Schaeffler and Rocky are set on returning to the fast lane

For nature lovers, the races at Spielberg are no doubt the absolute highlight of the 2015 DTM season. The grandstands at the Red Bull Ring perfectly blend in with the picturesque Alpine scenery that is typical of Styria. But from a sporting perspective, the Austrian round that marks the season’s midpoint has quite a bit to offer as well. The two races on the 4.326-kilometer roller-coaster track will be the final test before a four-week summer break for Mike Rockenfeller in his Schaeffler Audi RS 5 DTM and the other 23 drivers. Following two weaker race weekends at the Norisring and at Zandvoort, ‘Rocky’ can unload five kilograms of success ballast and is set on returning to the fast lane. His best result on the former A1-Ring is a fourth place.
