NSK Welcomes Visitors to MECHATRONICS TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2015 (MECT2015)

NSK Ltd. (NSK; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Toshihiro Uchiyama) today announced that it will exhibit together with NSK Micro Precision Co., Ltd. (ISC; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Toshikazu Ishii) at MECHATRONICS TECHNOLOGY JAPAN 2015 (MECT2015). The exhibition will be held at the Nagoya International Exhibition Hall (Portmesse Nagoya) in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture from Wednesday, October 21 to Saturday, October 24, 2015.
Based on the theme of “Your Real Partner™,” NSK will will introduce a wide range of products, including high-performance, high-precision products to be exhibited for the first time in the Chubu region as well as standard stock items that provide high performance and are readily available.
Additionally, ISC will exhibit miniature ball bearings and linear products that help to make various products smaller, thinner, and quieter.
Major Exhibits
1. High-Performance Precision Ball Screw
Significant improvement in the motion control of machine tools.
This new ball screw reduces the motion control error caused by nut position differences in the ball screw, which in turn makes it possible to improve the surface quality of parts fabricated by machine tools.
Reduce the variation of positioning settling time.
Since the torque of this new ball screw is more stable, it will now take less time to stabilize positioning, which in turn makes it possible to improve the productivity of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
2. APTSURF™ High-Precision, High-Performance Cylindrical Roller Bearings
APTSURF High-Precision, High-Performance Cylindrical Roller Bearings This new product reduces rotational vibration by improving the precision of each bearing component and extending life through the optimization of the bearing's internal design and improved fabrication technology. It meets the demand for further improvement in fabrication quality and assured long-term reliability.
3. Miniature Thrust Angular Contact Bearing CROXY
Miniature Thrust Angular Contact Bearing CROXY The first angular contact bearing in the industry for the 69 series of the JIS standard. Filled with high-performance grease and using seals on both sides, this bearing provides maintenance-free service. CROXY is a miniature thrust angular bearing that is perfect for applications that put a high load on the axle.
