Hubei Hongyu Mechanical Equipment announced 200 million yuan output value in first 3 months after production

"The output value has exceeded 200 million yuan since we started operation three months ago. In fact, we had been awarded with orders for more than 60 million sets of high-precision bearings before we actually went into operation," Li Hongxia, chairman of Hubei Hongyu Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. said in an interview on November 2, 2015. Hubei Hongyu Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise devoted to research and development, production and sales of P2 and P4 grade high-precision bearings. Preparations were started in May 2012 for the construction of the company with a total investment of 260 million yuan. Now, there is a 35,000 square meters' modern plant equiped with advanced manufacturing equipment as well as inspection equipment, an office building and a research center. Hongyu Mechanical Equipment also establish cooperative relationship with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, LYC Research Institution, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, etc. The company has now formed the annual production capacity of 1.8 million sets of bearings, with the output value of 340 million yuan, and profits of up to 120 million yuan.
