ZWZ's breakthroughs in high-end product development in 2015

In 2015, ZWZ Large Bearing Engineering & Technology Research has launched a batch of high-end products of various standards and series, quite a few of which fill gaps in the domestic market. Including but not limited to: For high-speed wire rod mill application, four types of bearings were developed and all proved to be qualified through the trial production, bench test and assembling test and are currently in use by the customers. In the field of rail transportation, a urban fast-track gearbox bearing was developed and installed; a HXD1 locomotive axle box bearing was developed and has been sent to Qingdao Sifang Rolling Stock Research Institute for endurance test. An elevator hoisting machine sealed bearing was developed and provided to the customer with samples, now under the bench test. 50 pieces of 2.0MW enhanced gearbox bearings were trial-produced, and delivered to the customer for installation. In addition, the center has completed the development of multi-standard special bearings.
