The Board of Directors of Deccan Bearings Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2016, has appointed Mrs. Kavita S. Pawar as an Additional Non-Executive Independent (Woman) Director. The Board has accepted the Resignation of Mrs. Archana Mhatre with immediate effect. The Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Barukhbhai Williambhai Christian with effect from June 01, 2016.
