Xuanhua Iron and Steel's gear steel output up 156.9% in the first half

The No.2 Steel Rolling Pant of Xuanhua Iron and Steel produced a total of 15,000 tons of 20CrMnTi series steel gear in the first half, hitting a new record high with the yoy increase of 156.9%. Gear steel is mainly used in the automobiles, construction machinery, machinery manufacturing and other industries, featured in good strength and toughness, high wear resistance, good resistance to impact, bending and contact stress, small deformation, high accuracy and low noise. To ensure good performance of gear steel, The No.2 Steel Rolling Pant established a R&D team to analyze product standards and technology, increase investment in key products production organization and development and to develop detailed plans for quality problems that may arise during production.
