Ningxia Hongya Special Steel Pipe's 1st production line formally put into operation
Ningxia Hongya Special Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., located in Hangxiao Precision Parts Manufacturing Industrial Park, has recently put its first production line involved in the project with annual output of 90,000 tons of bearing steel pipes into production.
The product line is expected to meet the demand for bearing steel pipes within Hangxiao Auto Parts Industrial Park, further extending the expansion of the equipment manufacturing industry chain in Qingtongxia City.
HangXiao Precision Parts Manufacturing Industry Park is planned with a total investment of 1.764 billion yuan. The construction was started in June 2014 by Hongya Special Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Fisker Automobile Hub Bearing Co., Ltd and other 6 companies.
Once completed, the project is expected to achieve an annual output of 90,000 tons of precision precision bearing steel pipes, 200 million pieces of bearing parts, 1 million sets of automobile hub units, 6 million sets of motor bearings and other precision components, so as to become a manufacturing industry chain base and equipment manufacturing industry cluster integrated in design, R&D, manufacturing and sales of automotive precision parts.
The park is expected to reach an annual sales income of 2.5 billion yuan, including profit of 320 million yuan, and provide 1,500 jobs.
