A bearing roller of the elevator muting device, about 1.5 cm in diameter and 1.7 cm in length, occupies more than 60% of the domestic market share with an annual sales more than 2 million units; the working life of the bearing produced by the self-developed precision bearing roller machine, has been increased by 5 times;The 8 patent technologies applied to the bearing roller machine fill the domestic blank on this field. Recently, relying on the innovation of science and technology, Linxi city actively promoted the upgrading of traditional bearing industry to meet the needs of high-end industry. Since 2016, 68 enterprises in Linxi city have invested RMB5.768 billion yuan in total in the development and transformation of technology, completing 21 projects of technical innovation and transformation, winning 31 national patents, upgrading 1182 sets of equipment, and achieving a production value of 1.15 billion yuan in the bearing industry.
