Liujiaxia Hydroelectric Power Station: the reassembly of rotor on No.5 turbine has been completed
The reassembly of rotor on No.5 turbine was officially started in Liujiaxia Hydroelectric Power Station of the State Grid in Gusu province in the afternoon on February 14th.
The reassembly of rotor is the key work for No.5 turbine on the stage of A-class maintenance and reassembly in the station. The maintenance departments made preparations carefully for the lifting work through checking No. 1 and No.2 crown block, mounting the balance beam in advance, paralleling crown blocks, putting buttress anchorages in place and disassembling the coupling bolts etc. Under the careful operation of the lifting operator, the over 750-ton rotor was successfully reassembled on No. 5 turbine after 3-time lifting tests, marking the final stage of A-class maintenance and reassembly of No. 5 turbine.
