Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. ( Stock Code: 000887) made an announcement of 100% completion of shareholding rights transfer from Tristone Flowtech Holding S.A.S. (hereinafter referred to as Tristone)
On February 20, 2017, Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) approved the acquisition of Tristone in cash through deliberation in the First Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting 2017.
On February 28, 2017 (French time), the authorized persons of both parties signed the Memorandum on Completion of Shareholding Rights Transfer and confirmed that all the delivery conditions are met. Zhongding European Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has paid in full Euro170 million in accordance with the Agreement of Share Purchase, to which 100% stock rights of Tristone accordingly have been registered and transferred.
