High performance die forging production lines settled in Tianma Bearing(pic)
At the beginning of this year, Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd. was updating and reforming equipment at at full capacity to improve bearing production efficiency and product quality in all-round way. Two 800-ton die forging production lines, recently bought by the company, have been put into trail operation after installing and debugging. They will provide new vitality for high efficient production of Tianma Bearing Group Co., Ltd..
These two die forging production lines are currently debugging steel ball production. Adopting entire intelligent servo and monitoring from blanking to finished product, one production line can forging out 12 pieces of steel balls per minute with annual production capacity of 5 million pieces of steel balls after formal production. They can not only greatly enhance production efficiency, improve working environment and cut down the labor intensity of workers, but also can further promote the quality of steel balls and rings to increase bearing quality.
