The Metal Middle East is an international trade fair for metallurgy, thermal process technology, foundry machinery and metal working, which took place before 2015 under the name Tekno. It is open to trade visitors only and is held every two years in Dubai. National as well as international companies of the metal and steel industry showcase their latest innovations and technologies in the fields of casting, metallurgy and thermal process technology. In addition to the fairs Tube Arabia, the international trade fair for the tube and pipe industry and Arabia Essen Welding & Cutting, the international trade fair for joining, cutting and coating technology, it aims to establish itself as an international trade and contact platform for the metal industry and gives global companies access to the markets of the Middle East and the United Arab Emirates, because especially the Emirates are a main hub for trade between Europe, Africa and Asia. Furthermore, all three fairs benefit from the synergies regarding attendance and product portfolio, as they now represent the broad value chain in metal production and processing.
The Metal Middle East will take place on 3 days from Sunday, 17. December to Tuesday, 19. December 2017 in Dubai.
