The high-speed EMU bearing independently developed by ZWZ is about to be tested on the Fuxing

Recently, Chen Bin,executive vice president of the China Machinery Industry Federation, said that this year's domestically produced major equipment core components have made a series of new progress under the support of relevant departments and leaders.The high-speed EMU bearing independently developed by ZWZ Group and Luoyang LYC Bearing Group has completed digital product simulation analysis and design, trial production samples and bench test through more than 10 years of R&D and testing. It will soon be tried on Fuxing at a speed of 250 km/h. 

ZWZ Group is the only enterprise in China that can fully support the bearing products of cargo passenger locomotives. It owns the core technology of railway heavy-duty truck bearings, and has accumulated 6 million sets of bearings for China Rail Transportation and 1.3 million sets of online operation. As a core member of the standard EMU bearing independent research and development by China Railway Corporation, ZWZ Group has developed high-speed rail bearings since 2006, and successively developed cylindrical and conical structural bearing products. After benchmarking with similar foreign products on the railway,the special test machine has simulated the test at various speed grades of 250 km/h, 275 km/h, 300 km/h, 350 km/h, etc. The comprehensive technical performance of the products has reached the international advanced level.
