5S Management Make the Whole ZWZ Look Brand-New

It's necessary for a modern enterprise to have a excellent image to compete with others especially foreign competitors. And image of the worksite, one basic part of enterprise management, is the standard used to weigh the level of enterprise management. In the recent 10 years, ZWZ paid more attention on worksite management, and the whole ZWZ took on an entirely new aspect.
Standing in front of ZWZ manufactury, you can see lots of buildings, wide roads, lawn and rockeries, as if you are facing a beautiful park. Entering the workshop, you will feel that it's difficult for you to find enough words to praise. The broad and bright office and field, eye-catching area mark for qualified, disqualified and under qualifying products, various clear and precise operation record, chart analysis on the broadcasting board, all of these give us a deep impression. Moreover, all staffs dressed in blue uniforms, on everyone's desk sited a name card in the same position. There are no other things besides some useful files, telephone, calendar, cup and filecase on their desk. It was the 5S management that caused all of thses.
After almost 10 years implementing of 5S since 1995, ZWZ has created a specific management measure themselves, named "4-ise". They are positionise the equipment; standardise the working appliance; standardise daily behavior; cleanise the environment.
To implement the 5S effectively among all staffs, ZWZ regarded the 5S as First Important Project. Every person in charge should pay attention on it. The final purpose is to make sure that every employee know the necessity of implementing 5S. We believe that in a near future ZWZ will become well known for it enterprise management.
5S management originated in Japan. 5S stand for "SEIRI"
"SEITON" "SEISO" "SETKETSU" and "SHITSUKE", 5 Japanese character. Meaning in English is TIDY, , CLEAN, NEAT and QUALITY.
