Since its establishing in 1995. by our great effort, Shenshi Bearing has already developed to a mordenizing enterprise with integrated production line for bearing rings extrusion, lathe machining,heat treatment,grinding machining,assembling. Our factory occupied with an area of 15,000 square meters and building area for 28,000 square meters. With registered capital for 1,800,000 US Dollars, We have more than 300 employees, including 20% of post-graduates and technique persons.
Its factory has more than 10 years of bearing experience in developing and manufacturing under a strict quality management system for all aspect of product design,purchasing of raw materials,production process controlling and warehousing and logistics, meanwhile, the full trace of quality records are retained. So the products accuracy and life time has a leading position in the same industry. This company now has over 200 sets of testing equipments,using CNC lathes lathing to improve the accuracy. The end face of bearings are using double Cface grinder and grinding machines, outer ring of high-precision centerless grinding, raceway,inner diameter, ribs are processed by CNC grinding machine. It is holding advanced testing equipments like profiler, roundness,projector, universal projection length measuring instruments,bearing vibration measurer,bearing life-time testing machine,etc.The products bore size ranges from 15mm to 200mm of meter and inch taper roller bearings by more than 500 species, the production of precision mainly by P0,P6,P5.

The company has passed ISO9001,TSI6949:2009 Quality Management System Certification.
