Wanxiang Group Passed the National Enterprise Technical Center Certificate

Recently, Wanxiang Group passed the National Enterprise Technical Center Certificate. So far there are 332 enterprise who had passed that certificate.
In course of the 6th International High-tech Achievement Fair China, person in charge of the National Development and Reform Committee indicated that enterprises' founding their own technical center will be highly encouraged. In 2003, research cost of the technical centers which have passed the certificate, amounted RMB 66.6 billion, 45% of the whole research cost spended in domestic enterprise; numbers of technical staffs reached 480 thousand, 34% of all domestic technical staffs in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises; number of patents reached 15717, 50% of all the patents applied in China. Enterprise technical center is developing to the core of enterprise technical innovation.
Annual Examine and Comment made it possible that enterprises which had passed the certificate also do their best to develop and innovate. But there still were 58 enterprises had been repealed their certificate according to "Method of Enterprise Technical Center Certificate".
To encourage the technical center'developing, National Development and Reform Committee together with other four related departments founded a Achievement Award of Enterprise Technical Center. Only the top 50 enterprise technical center could won that award. Wanxiang Group won that award recently.
