Jiangsu shuangzheng product range consists of single row and double row ball or roller bearings that are designed to absorb all axial and radial forces as well as tilting forces. Slewing rings are sealed on both sides.
Slewing ring is composed of outer ring (teeth or non-teeth), rolling element(steel ball, cylindrical roller, tapered roller), cage, inner ring(teeth or non-teeth) and seals (the one with sealed structure).
Single row four point contact ball slewing bearing available without gear, with internal gear or with external gear, range 300mm to 3000mm OD.
They have gear teeth which integrate with the outer or inner surface. The material used for slewing ring bearings depends upon the end use applications.
