From then on C&U realized that informatization of enterprise will increase managing efficiency; will shorten response time on all aspects; will integrate and optimize resouces of both inside and outside the enterprises; will save cost and make products more competitive.

The next generation E-Business will be collaborative commerce (C-Commerce), it means suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers would be integrated together, streamline the process, share some important information and increase the velocity of the supply chain. C&U Group introduced the C-Commerce system in the second half of 2003. So far, the C-Commerce system has brought a general improvement among the subsidiaries. For example, reducing the number of goods-in-stock, reducing operating cost, strengthening the relationship with supplier, expediting projects' implementation, enhancing the supply chain's upgrade and so on. In short, C-Commerce could maximize the profit among supplier, agents and ultimate consumer.
